Not that you necessarily won't look better at something like 10%, but if you think 10 or 15 pounds of fat is the difference between the virgin truecel and the Chad slayer, you're fooling yourself. The whole point of leanmaxxing for your face is increasing your facial definition. If you have nothing decent to define--if you have a weak, slender skull--all you'll do is make your face thinner. It will not change form.

If you're trying to improve yourself from the neck down, you need decent muscle mass before you look good at low body fat. You will not look good or in shape at 10% body fat if you aren't at least somewhat muscular. Try to reach intermediate strength standards in the gym before getting that lean.

If I have a dinner party ahead I just eat less and do more cardio for the day, then eat as many as I want (within calorie limitation) on the party. Not to mention we incels rarely have dinner parties that even we overeaten it wouldnt matter

You can use the Navy tape method. All you need is a tape measure. Take the circumference of your neck below the Adam's apple, then your waist circumference slightly above the iliac crest of your pelvis, then refer to the Navy tape test chart or use an online calculator to get an estimate of your bf% (generally accurate within 1-3%).

Not all of us can do a lot of cardio. It's time-consuming, and those of us who have poor respiratory health and don't respond to conditioning training can't do enough to burn a significant amount of calories.

other than short roid gymcels who were only sub 10% for a few months max at a time, i've never known anyone under 10%

i remember looking up the leanest one i knew who used to get super shredded.. a few years later... was over 15% bodyfat

and i've met a ton of dudes through playing ball / gymceling

Low bodyfat is common among guys in their teens and early 20s. Medium bodyfat guys ( 15-20% ) are usually in their mid 20s to very early 30s. Men in their mid 30s or older seem to always be high bodyfat.
 
I'm at about 28%bmi at 220-225 I want to get down to like 180-190 to see how I'm looking
 
sitting at 15% bodyfat and it seems good enough to me. If you bloatmaxx you're gonna have no endurance
 
Lean doesn't mean skinny. You have to be toned and have extremely low BF.

In america most teens and kids are overweight. It's a statistic from the government.

low bodyfat for teens is rare or will soon become rare.

Of course if you look at any beach photograph from the 1950s, most guys were under 15%, some were sub 10%
 
Under 10-12% is cope, but its okay there.
*15% is fine and much easier to maintain
Above 15% is just being a fat cunt
