Ever wondered why giant corporations are so keen on "diversifying?" A leaked memo from Whole Foods (owned by Amazon) shows that they use a heatmap to track Whole Foods facilities at risk of unionization.
"Store-risk metrics include average store compensation, average total store sales, and a “diversity index” that represents the racial and ethnic diversity of every store. Stores at higher risk of unionizing have lower diversity and lower employee compensation, as well as higher total store sales and higher rates of workers’ compensation claims, according to the documents."

It doesn't take a genius to realize that diversity is not a strength and instead easily leads to conflict. Different people from different walks of life are inevitably going to find it more difficult to cooperate compared to a group of people who are similar.
There is a reason why trllion dollar corporations have embraced woke ideology and its not out of altruism. They not only get good PR for appearing socially progressive but they further reduce any chances of unionization, regulation, taxation, pay caps, etc. by shifting the discussion from a class war of the bottom feeders vs the super rich to a race war of whites vs non-whites ("people of color" as they say). All the while the idealogues who control the narrative get a nice paycheck and feel like they helped the world.
