LDAR LDAR is making me sick

Since I have began LDAR for over 15 hours a day, I am suffering healthwise. I have began to pass out. My sleeping pattern is non existant. My depression is getting worse.


My social skills are improving and inhibtion are decreasing.

I am literally trading years of my life to study the blackpill and chadfish.
 
Random tiredness - sometimes it affects me. I have fuck-all energy some days. My moods are weird and inconsistent.
 
The first step is just to get up.
I don't care if you spend those 15 hours sitting doing nothing or staring into space. I want you to get up out of bed and either sit at a tv or a computer and keep it on for noise, play a game, or use it to chat with someone.

With your low inhib, walk to a store and buy some food for yourself. It doesn't have to be much, even just instant noodles.

Make a doctors appointment if you're able to. Get some help from them if it's truly that bad.

I used to sleep 16 hours a day and spend the rest of it in bed and life was horrible. I know you don't want to do it and you feel like life is too energy draining to bother with, but pushing yourself to get up is important.
Make sure you get into bed (with the lights off and maybe just a tv on for noise) about 10pm and get up (out of bed) between 7am-10am. It doesnt matter if you fall asleep at 1am, just get into bed and relax at 10pm. Keep a routine. Its the most important thing.

I am following your advice but I still feel shit but I will give it a few weeks before going to the doctor

Take a break and when you have enough energy keep going. Sometimes taking a break can help you learn the blackpill faster.
 
My advice is to try and get in a good position financially. Once you live by yourself and start getting good dollar (which I hope you have the intelligence for) you should be able to bang several 9-10s hookers atleast twice a month by spending (emotionally) the amount of time the session lasts for. Additionally you should have money for food, internet, rent, a good computer, etc. It is only a cope, and it won't make you a chad or bring females to you, but it'll get you through life.

Even still, they should accept. I've had prostitutes give me weird faces, but it doesn't really matter when you plow them. Who cares if you're a dicklet? You'll still fuck her. You have the $200 she needs. You then go back home and keep playing some fun game you just downloaded on steam.
