Recently I tried different shoes because my weight has gone down and also because I need to wear extra layer of socks because of winter (I live in Finland). And I noticed that the same shoe model but different size gives you different thickness.
Larger shoes give you MORE thickness than smaller shoes.
And on average, people who are taller tend to have bigger feet so they will have bigger gain on height and shorter people tend to have smaller feet so they will have less height boost from shoes.
