After seeing a thread from @FuckYou discussing the stench from Lara crofts underwear. This got me thinking about who could contest her for smelliest underwear in fiction I think Ellie would get much more musky going longer periods without showering and her diet for affect her quite a lot. I imagine she eats a lot of MRE style meals that have kept good over the apocalypse which would most likely make her have very irregular shits (2/3 a week at most) which would negatively impact her stench however these meals would also affect her PH balance causing her reproductive organ so become a sewer and spew out that disgusting discharge and shit.
