Permaneeting out of rent money is the best lifestyle possible nowadays. I know a guy around my age who makes like 7k dollars/month from it. He does nothing and lives like a king.

Most people undersestimate how hard and tiring and risky being a lanlord is. When you facture in the upkeeps, legal risks, hassle with people who don't wanna leave or create problems etc etc, it isn't as profitable as it seems except for landlors who own upper-class/prestigious condos.
