You cannot afford to buy a house or apartment so you rent from someone.

Why would it be free?- nothing in this world is free- you can whine all you want but it won't change your situation.

Even if property prices went down if 1 person could only own 1 house- it violates free will. Most of you would still have to rent just from government owned properties.

Property prices would decrease but would still be too high for the average renter.
