The way I've seen normies ascend is by social circles, joining clubs at college or just making friends in their course. I've tried social-circlemaxxing with guys in general (I made a post about this) by joining a football club but it didn't go well at all.
For the first one, many people made a bunch of friends from high school and then those friends show their own social circle to each other which includes femoids and that allows many normies to ascend.
The second one is self explanatory, join a club and hope that you can make female friends and then things can grow further. There is some challenges that pertain to this route because it can be easily detected if you're only there to get laid and also the fact that if you can't socialise normies will see you as weird or creepy.
Last one is obvious, if you choose something in the Arts/History/Psychology side or a meme degree like communications there will be many foids there, Commerce degrees seem to have a more even ratio. If you're stuck in STEM like me there won't be much foids and the foids in our class always sit together so your chance of interacting with them is slim. You have to be a minimum HTN to ascend in a STEM environment since more men are competing for a low number of foids.
In my situation I literally can't do any of these routes, I didn't have much friends in High School, my interests don't align with normie interests and I'm also awful at socialising so joining a club would only worsen by non-existent reputation and finally I do a degree in STEM. I'm just another one of the many insignificant males so obviously no hope there. I've tried expanding my social circle back when I was 15, just try to and make guy friends but it obviously didn't help and I've got almost nobody.
