In all seriousness, the military is 4% actual action and combat. These days many military members actually haven’t seen legitimate combat.

Not just that but the rest of your experience in the military is gay asf. Formations up the ass, people treating you like absolute dogshit because you’re subhuman. Cleaning rifles for shits and giggles and doing it for whole days because they’ll want to keep you busy. Fuck off PTs that ruin your Body. Not an experience I recommend in the slightest. Thanks.

Yes, I am a high functioning autist. I lied my way through my recruiters to get it though, because autists are not allowed to enter the U.S. armed services. The challenges I faced were extreme, I legitimately struggled and had to work twice as hard to pull through. The military does not care about you, or your comfort, and that’s something autistic boot camp me had to push through. I was the butt of every joke, and humiliated at every turn. Yet I pulled through, still to this day, boot camp and the school house were the hardest things in my marine corps career.
