That is EXACTLY how rape is defined when it's a man getting raped (BTW, doesn't happen at much lower rates than women getting raped).
All I see is equality here. Nobody will pay any attention, and will probably laugh at a man who said that he was threatened. Only if he actually is unable to fight back, will he get SOME support in an ocean of other women AND men making fun of him.
