Most likely it would be like white supremacy where white people were only encouraged to racially mix when conquering other countries but keep their home nation's population as racially pure and homogenous as possible.

So any Chinese colonies like in Africa would have a lot of interracial relationships between Chinese men and African women while only relationships between Chinese men and Chinese women would be acceptable in mainland China.
