I think one of the best things that can help incels like us is forming a really negative image of yourself. Stop thinking of ‘positive’ traits you have because they don’t exist.

For example, if you study in college and claim you’re smart or maybe if you claim you have a good personality and it’s just your face that’s ruining it, your mind will be convinced that you’re a person worthy of a good life, and it will start to think that there’s some kind of error because the life you ‘deserve’ doesn’t match the life you’re living.

Toss away any positive perceptions of yourself then you will start expecting anything that happens to you because it ‘matches’ now and you’ll feel better. When you have low expectations for yourself, you won’t strive to be better. You won’t feel jealous when you look at Chad and Stacy because you know your place now. Your soul will truly ascend.

"Just accept your place, chad fucking your wife is good bro! It's only natural!"

Dont you fool yourself, theres at least 1 single positive thing.

You can still feel a glimpse of positivity, but still being a fucked up incel

I am garbage. I belong in the mud and dirt.

Women have deemed me unworthy of love and affection because I am ugly. I will die without experiencing genuine love and affection.

IT'S OVER

It's one thing to be good willed and being a nice individual and another thing to be treated as monster because society only cares about few grams of bones and certain facial configuration. There’s nothing wrong in believing that you objectively deserve some things in life and the fact that society will not give you that. No need to trick oneself to thinking as a demon the society forces us to believe.

Incel or not, this is a terribly unhealthy take for anyone to adopt.

Expecting anything is expecting too much for a normie, but way too much for an incel
