Anyone who doesn't back Kiwifarms in this should read this:

It doesn't matter what you think of Kiwifarms. The issue is that governments are trying to extend their inane laws to countries outside their jurisdiction to control the internet to the extent that you will need to go on Tor just to have an honest conversation.
It's dangerous for freedom, liberty, and truth. This is them trying to manifest a global Thought Police who will determine which thoughts are acceptable and which thoughts are not, then hunt down all the "undesirables" across the world who voice unpopular opinions.
If that becomes our world, then God help you if you don't agree with the "Reddit approved" opinions. Never before in history has freedom of speech, expression, information, and thought been under such assault. Everyone ought to understand the big issues here and stand up for what is right.
In this case, Kiwifarms is absolutely right and I'm glad they responded as they did. Legally, the "request" had no grounds or requirement for them to comply. It was simply that - a request, and an insane and dangerous one too.
