Hopefully this is a wakeup call for DBDR and Eggy, both of whom have lifestyles similar to king cobra, particularly the slop and the alcohol. Both had health scares this year too. DBDR's liver is fucked up, and earlier this year eggy said it felt like his organs were failing. Also looking at eggy in recent streams (with mumkey jones/simian jimmy) it looks like he's gained a lot of weight. Eggy is around the same age as King Cobra (was), in fact I think he's a couple of years older.
But speaking of King Cobra, I was always amazed he wasn't morbidly obese. Don't get me wrong, he was clearly overweight but with his lifestyle you'd expect him to be like 400lbs. He'd get large pizzas, put more slop on top of them, eat the whole thing and consume copious amounts of alcohol via his "mixed drinks". We're talking like 4000-5000 calories altogether in a single stream. He did this a lot too, though maybe a lack of money was the only thing stopping him from doing this often enough to balloon to 350 pounds. One video he talked about how he took out a payday loan just so he could buy a pizza.
Anyway, while there was the initial shock of hearing about this, with his lifestyle (heavy drinking, smoking, eating the worst diet known to man, sedentary lifestyle) it wasn't completely unexpected.
