My dad noticed I had a weight problem and encouraged me to lose weight. This was before starting middle school. But I didn’t care. Autism. I finally started to give a shit after graduating from middle school. I was 225. I lost 13 pounds in a week. But after that, I guess I quit. Now we’re pretty much here. I thought I wouldn’t go past 250.

Depends because when I lost weight i found that I still wasn't "Attractive" but I genuinely felt like I was treated like more of a human being and not like a disgusting mess, also if you lose weight try to build muscle to avoid being skinnyfat or have looseskin

I'd also like to point out that many fat and obese people are in relationships. It doesn't make sense that you are volcel if you are overweight considering something like 60% of America/Europe/Mexico are overweight. Obviously they aren't all fucking single!

It really depends on genetics. In any case, being fat(especially to the degree that OP is) is devastating for his looks/perception by other people. Naturally ugly people at least have an excuse, while being overweight is ultimately preventable.
OP, the most important thing you need to do is diet. Exercise isn't really important. If you dropped down and did 100 push ups right now, you'll probably only around 50 calories or so. Calories are the most important thing, you can eat like complete shit and maintain or even lose weight as long as you stay under your basal metabolic rate. There are tons of basic calculators online you can use to figure out what your BMR is, like this one:https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bmr_calculator.htm
Try to cope with other shit like vidya to get your mind off food, and switch to all diet drinks(they're ultimately better for you than regular shit). I'm not a doctor or anything, but watching my calorie count has kept me pretty skinny despite not a lot of serious exercise and a subpar diet.
