I’ve played GTA 5 a lot but never saw one in game

they spawn around the city. Mostly near the hospital near the casino, and the banking/movie theater downtown district lol
I found them once and they have a few different ped types. Most of them will say "hello" or other friendly shit like that.
But occasionally a jew npc will outright say some rude ass shit to your face lol.
