I don't remember when is the last time i had a worse headache, i feel like im gonna pass out every second and front of my head is pulsating with pain.
Fuck whatever is killing me, why can't it be quick? Also got mild fever, fuck everything.

Keep drinking more water (fluids) or sportsdrink (like gatorade to restore some electrolytes and enabling to hydrate you up quickly).

Dehydration could also cause headaches man, becareful.
