Is it just me, or do any of you guys zone out / disassociate so much that you forget to do stuff? I've been forgetting to eat and drink, so I almost passed out a few hours ago. I don't know what it is, but it fucking sucks that I keep forgetting to do basic things.

I barely eat anymore tbh, I dont have much of an appetite, Dont see the point as im useless, Well i did have some Magnum icecreams 2 brotensheif and a monster and a beer
