"Self-proclaimed nice guys aren't actually nice". It's a common theme on IT, /r/niceguys, and anywhere else that normalfags mock those less fortunate than themselves. That incels are actually failed chads; that we would be the worst kind of abusive partners if any of us ever got in a relationship. We post angry bitter bullshit on internet forums so we *must* be visibly bitter and angry in real life. We all have bad attitudes and that's why nobody likes us.
In this worldview, Chad is a virtuous hardworking young man. He treats women with respect. Women don't throw themselves at him because he's beautiful and successful, they do it because he is a pleasant person who uplifts those around him.
The point I'm making is that karma, such as it exists, is a retrospective concept. People aren't successful because they are virtuous; rather they are seen as being virtuous because they are already successful. Karma isn't real, but it is real in the minds of those who believe in it (which is most people) so when they see Chad they see a virtuous hardworking young man because, from their perspective, that's the kind of person he would have to be in order to get to where he is in life.
The contrapostive of this is that the unsuccessful man, the incel, the neet, etc must have done something to earn his lowly status in life. If you are already a failure, then it doesn't matter how hard you try, whether you post on incel forums, whether you're a dick, or whether you have a good attitude. You will forever be seen as a terrible person because most people believe in the concept of karma, and your lowly status is the only thing they see in you. You will never have the opportunity to raise your status because opportunities are only given to those who don't need them. You will never be attractive to any woman because from their perspectives, living as long as you have without losing your virginity must mean that you did something to deserve that. You have already lost and trying to be a better person will not change anything.
