seemingly out of nowhere. I've been stuck at 78kg forever but now I'm suddenly 82kg. I'm starting to get fat. maybe a diet will do good for saving money
 
I've been fasting for 3-4 days at a time for a little while now, currently a little under 76kg and falling. Goal is 65kg, if I can make it there (I should be able to).
how old and how tall are you? In germany 64kg would be seen as borderline anorexic for most people.
 
You sure it’s not water weight cuz you drank a lot of fluids all at once?

I usually weigh myself after waking up. and before making this post I weighed myself again and the weight is unchanged
 
I am 184cm, a tallfag yes yes yes yes I know. When I was weight-training I weighed 93kg, most of that being muscle in my lower body and back. I stopped due to a disc herniation at the beginning of this year. 21 years old, 22 in April.

yeah, 64kg will literally be borderline anorexic. I don't think this will benefit you in any way. ~70kg should be a heavy weight.

I'm already rather slim, especially now that my legs have shrunk massively. I have always had a slim torso but now I want to be stick thin.
I don't see why you would want this.

I wish I knew how much bodyfat I have. You can see my abs, but I'm bloated everywhere and have gyno, it's really hard to tell.

I hope it's really high, because if it's low I'm doomed.
If you think it's high chances are it's even higher. There's always more fat to lose no matter how lean you think you are.
 
I used to be lean in the past when I was in a swimming team (we would train up to 10km a day). I only got fat recently after being unable to join back due to being a filthy inkwel. Now I have given up and have gotten fat and I have 0 motivation to improve myself because I was treated like horse shit by my peers since the dawn of time. Fat or slim, with my face and being non-nt simply torturing myself by not eating and doing an activity I don't like (ie gym or jogging) won't lead to anything successful
