Took a lot of courage for me to do but I did it...

I finally requested to do gynecomastia surgery...

Now I just need to answer the phone and schedule the initial consultation...

I have $5500 in cash in my room right now so that should be enough hopefully...

I don't want anybody at all knowing about this... So how do I even get home after surgery? I am confident I can get home on my own but whether they will allow it is the problem.

I need this surgery or my life is over.
