I have friends that are 5'2 to 5'6 and their height doesn't define them. Their personalities are their identity, and not once does their height become a defining characteristic in their social interaction. I see it every day. My short friends are taller than me in character and their attitude defines their unparalleled ability to stand tall amongst their pears

Even if this was true (it's not) you don't have complete control over your personality either, there may be small changes to your personality as you get older but your core personality doesn't change, you might as well be telling me to just get taller.
