So you must use a water based lube and you can turn the end cap to increase or decrease the suction but I don't notice anything. It's real tight but once you're in it's literally like using your hand but imagine it's made out of TPE or like silicone rubber. Then you have to rinse it out in the sink and use corn starch so it doesn't dry out. If that's what pussy feels like then it's overrated. You can buy a heater for it to heat it up but I haven't used mine in over a year.
