Only men have "personality":
Because the "I" is masculine, where as the "me" is feminine which means women only have ego and "subjectivity", never personality.
"The fixed stars signify the angel in man. That is why man orients himself by them; and that is why women have no appreciation for the starry sky; because they have no sense of the angel in man."
- Otto Weininger
I have a feeling this lack of individuality is something women feel even if they don't understand, but since they are purely superficial creatures they can't perceive the inner beauty of a man like Beethoven, they can only see his incel face, but Chard projects that beauty externally so they latch on to that. This is what they mean by "personality". Since they have none themselves, they need a man to give it to them, and since they cannot actually understand it, they only care about a visual reminder of it, hence, their obsession with Chad.
