Cope Just finished couch to 5k today

I finished mine a week ago. I still hate cardio though

You could do it too, though you might need to repeat weeks if you're fat. (I don't recommend running to anyone above 20% body fat. You'll hurt your knees, especially if you use improper form.)

It's a 9-week program. I had to repeat week 5 because I had to go to a funeral on the same day as day 3 of week 5 (the hardest day of the program) and I hadn't slept the previous night. So overall, it took 10 weeks.

Thats pretty based tbh, wish I could have the motivation to do something like that.
