mogs me until at least next weekmogs me today and tomorrow and the day after that
nice man
I hated it too at first. Now it's just kind of unpleasant but not horrible.I finished mine a week ago. I still hate cardio though
You could do it too, though you might need to repeat weeks if you're fat. (I don't recommend running to anyone above 20% body fat. You'll hurt your knees, especially if you use improper form.)mogs me today and tomorrow and the day after that
A distance running program designed to get couch potatoes running a 5k in 9 weeks. What is couch to 5k?
I can already run 5 km, but I'm still mogged. Did you take time?

He’s almost there.I thought this was going to be a 5k post celebration thread then saw your post count and was confused.
Nice work on the milestone nonetheless, man.
It's a 9-week program. I had to repeat week 5 because I had to go to a funeral on the same day as day 3 of week 5 (the hardest day of the program) and I hadn't slept the previous night. So overall, it took 10 weeks.I can already run 5 km, but I'm still mogged. Did you take time?

You run 30 minutes on all 3 days of the 9th week regardless of distance, so I suppose the answer is, 30 minutes.I meant for the actual run
