You guys actually have to throw away traditional masculine societal expectations, it is actually making you guys miserable. Trust me it is one of the best things you can do to your mindset.

It’s not like you were ever meant to meet the traditional model man, that shit is already well out of play with our height. The more you internalize these impossible expectations, the more it will drag you down.
