I blame malnutrition. From 5-11 me and my brothers would share food from the same plate, them being older they’d obviously have more leaving me not full. Then from 11-18 my nigger parents fed me 1 meal a day that was usually oven food or processed takeaway. No protein at all fuck my life

I made it to 5’8 like that, easily could’ve hit 5’10 if my diet was good
