They tell you to have more confidence so they can easily deflate and pop your ego which is painful. It’s a false promise. Being blackpilled and sub5 generally leads to ego death imo once you fully accept your fate. Being “confident” is just a pretentious act that hurts sub5s more than helps. Being confident without the (social) experience to back it up is just a fantasy and something eventually gives the reality check. This confidence can get us into unwanted situations. Only certain people are allowed to have confidence without much consequence. I theorise many “shy” people are just non nts just trying to get by. We’re not one of them confident people and we aren’t meant to be I think. Being unconfident and staying out of the limelight is one survival strategy for us sub5s
