The thing that I can't be cool with about christianity is the overtoned pacifism and the ideas they hold about redemption, anyone can basically redeem themselves including whores and faggots when objectively and in practicality they should be punished for their actions in life before death.
Thus you will always have all sorts of people coming to you saying "christ preached of love not hate, you shouldn't hold hatred for any person and you better not take revenge from those who ruined life, you should forgive them, not taking revenge = strength" and you can't even stop them from saying so, logically speaking you cannot stop this kind of talk if your religion preaches you to act this way.
