Jury system and right to recall is why the west is powerful

First of all I don't know if every country in the west has a jury system but the anglos ones do.

The jury system means you're judged guilty or non guilty by your fellow man.

Right to recall law means you can get rid of corrupt officials like judges.

The jury system allows the people to fine police officers if they're bringing false cases.

Now lets have a look at India. Lets say a big company exists selling products. Now lets say a little company is selling better products than the big company. The big company will try buy out the small company. If the small company refuses then the big company will bribe some environmental official to shut down the small company. The small company will be going on the run around for years in court just to get his company back & most likely will never get it back. This causes loss in efficiency. Now something like this can't happen in anglo countries cause they got a jury system and right to recall.

Basically the jury system and right to recall makes sure corruption is lower than any third world country. This leads to efficiency. This helps the GDP.

Scumbags in India got rid of the jury system after independence.

In my (anglo) country, for many crimes you have the choice of being tried by a jury, or by a judge alone. A high profile lawyer and politician was once asked which is better. His answer: "If I was innocent, I'd want to be tried by a judge,not a jury of morons."

Ya in basically the whole world outside of the Anglo-Saxon countries they are still in feudalism where there is no entrepreneurialism and no real market competition, which to stop that it is enforced by the power of the state and the law.

A class society can only be maintained by state power. In a free market some families businesses go down over time, and new companies arise from entrepreneurs and overtake them.

But without free market competition how can other countries ever compete with America.. they can't.

The people always support the monopolies because they work for the monopolies and are scared of competition. And by working for a monopolist they usually make more money than average compared to people who don't have connections to get one of those jobs.

And the unions at those monopolist industries they can organize people for protests, and they can get the workers and their families to vote in the elections.

You don't want to be judged by a judge, especially in India. Most judges are corrupt.

Also look at this example. A Indian newspaper has 50 cases against it for defamation. The judge keeps longing the process for the claimant for 10 years.

Now look at the johnny Depp vs amber heard defamation case.

The trial lasted a 6 months and the jury found amber heard guilty of defamation. Now imagine if it was some cuck feminist judge and their was no jury. The cucked judge would keep longing out the trial for years and years.
