At the outset, I will say I'm not gay. This is based on limited knowledge of Gacy, I assume no straight people died and only gay people. I only know about three facts about him: he was homophobic in prison, he was gay, he was a serial killer.
John Wayne Gacy was a misunderstood man. Some may say he's just an example of why sodomy should be banned, which he is given his homosexuality; however Gacy was a Christian in that he took Luke's saying against sodomy.
I think he's a man who struggled against homosexuality. When he followed Luke, he was not a sodomite.
He changed his name as well. At the end he wasn't just known as a gay man, but a man who struggled against sodomy. It was like a conversion therapy to himself.
But really, it's not that special. How man have died from real HIV AIDS(and not the fake African one)? Gay people in the past have died as a result of each other. This has been insufficient.
When he followed Luke, people responded negatively.
John Wayne Gacy seemed like a big man who was a little overweight. Perhaps he's South Park's inspiration for Big Gay Al, which is otherwise the worst.
When he commits Luke in public, it's not sodomy at that specific moment.
I don't know his stor or how well his conversion therapy worked. I don't know if he got married or had kids.
He took a small loss: his name and freedom for Luke.
Conversion therapy hurts. It hurt Gacy.
Nobody knows how much John Wayne Gacy suffered for the book of Luke.
Perhaps Gacy was just an undercover cop.
While what happened to him can be considered in the name of Luke, though it may be somewhat against it since he was for it.
John Wayne Gacy was a part of the "gay scene"(a rhyme on his last name)
Gays molest so many kids they had to clear their names, given the stories that make them look good.
People who risk having their heads clobbered say he was always straight. (I don't remember the show well, but I think it's just a cartoon and in real life he was a good straight guy. They made fake news to make it seem like what John Wayne Gacy, a Christian fundamentalist who was never gay, look bad.) A lesbian woman I talked to said that "John Wayne Gacy haters within the community are what make us look bad."
