If the court system is failing, the accused person might be strategically better off simply uploading the consent video and/or sexual action video to the internet to identify the accuser, show the truth and hope that public pressure will get him out of the situation - if the law has assified itself, perhaps this is his only option. Make multiple copies, upload to multiple foreign sites, do not give the prosecution your only copy.
