GEORGIA — A shirtless man was caught on video smoking while clinging to a semi-truck as it drove down Interstate 85 in Atlanta.

The unidentified man was wearing a durag, had a face mask around his neck, and was holding onto the side-mirror of the cab of the truck as is rolled down the highway.

That same man was later seen in a different video on a different truck crossing county lines from Dekalb into Gwinnett.
