but my country is in eu so I could easily move to the west if I would be forced to

programmer just learn it by your own and then make small and simple applications (for example a little game App) and then apply for a job often they dont need a college degree because programming is like speaking a language if you can programm then you can do the work

Depends on your IQ and the amount of effort you are willing to undergo. If you have no family, most jobs that require some expertise will help you comfortably (at least in my country).
Idk how it's in Bulgaria or Romania or whetever you are from tho.

Maybe like a small HVAC or cable installation company that’s looking to take on new recruits and you can learn from them and end up getting a decent paying job from the skills you learn from there
