I think what makes it hurt so much worse is that Rudeus was an incel NEET before he isekai’d out.

And I know it’s not possible to just die and be reborn into your perfect dream life so it eats me up inside. I’ll die never knowing what it was like to have the ideal male life.

However it does make you think more about the fact that we are only unlovable because of these awful bodies, not because of who we are inside.

If you stayed yourself but got a chad body, you’d have a harem of women. You didn’t do anything wrong, you were simply unlucky.

However it doesn’t matter, still hurts just as bad. Even more since there’s nothing you can do about it.

Yk jobless reincarnation made me live a whole new life in my dream. Whenever I go to sleep I always go back to the world where I have a wife and kids, this kept happening and eventually I fell into a deep depression after the finale and had my final dream. Really wrecked me that anime.
