There is some rare exceptions for everything, any rule will have an exception.

When we say it's over for shortcels or badlcels, we do know there is one in many millions shortcels or baldcels who will be loved/or have sex. There is an exception for everything, that doesn't mean shit for the average shortcel or baldcel.
