I guess after all the bullying and the complaints about me that they're coming up with, they finally decided that my (perceived by them) transgressions got too bad and i need to go

I will sue them for the unfair firing bc employment isn't at will where I live, and they have absolutely no objective reason to do this, and hopefully for the bullying too though I'll decide on that after talking to a lawyer bc idk if it's that bad. So i will get some money to neetmaxx with

Most of the stuff they're complaining about are related to me defying the social order basically, not to the actual job. Because for example they're saying "t[UWSL]hey don't know what to expect from me bc i don't talk enough in meetings" [/UWSL][UWSL] like just ask JFL, and complaining about muh attitude and professionalism in general. So basically not being a cucked enough wageslave. [/UWSL]

I got fired once but they didn't, actually fire me and asked for my resignation and after a while I eventually gave it to them even though I knew they had no reason to fire me except for "culture fit" which is basically just bullshit for "we don't like you gtfo".

I have regretted resigning ever since. I wish I had waited to see what the termination letter had said, cause I was probably one of their best employees at the time. I know it caused a massive shitstorm after I left cause the guy who fired me ended up getting fired soon after probably because he fired me for no reason.

Office politics is total bullshit.
