This is the supreme LDAR strategy.
Don't have to do anything except get your money and occasionally fix some problems. The best part is normies crying about their rent on social media. Reading some story about a single mom not being able to make rent is what keeps me from suiciding.

Except theres a bunch of laws you need to follow and problems get expensive quick. Plus if you have an annoying tenant, you could be up at all hours to fix a shitty problem.

Not sure where you live. I own 1 condo and 1 holiday house. Never had any law problems, had the same tenants in the condo for 5 years, never had any problems with them. The tourists who stay in the holiday house are usually also very nice, don't cause too much trouble.

That's why, places like that can cost a lot up front, where as most of the places you'll buy/rent out have to be cheap at first since buying apartments/houses is expensive

If I ever inherit money (or earn any) I always thought that landlord maxxing would be my safest bet, because of the passive income and ability to sell if worse comes to worst, not to mention it grants the ability to further/cteate a career in real estate.

Realistically if you're working a regular job you'll need 80+ hour work weeks, no dining out, no ciggies or booze, flat share, do this for 10+ years then hope you get another 2008 crash so you can buy 'em way below market value.

The paki route in UK is a bunch of them chipping in 10% each (10 ppl e.g) then taking a slice of profit each & the next time around forming smaller groups with a higher ante until finally they're down to pairs or flying solo. Brits won't do this due to distrust fagotry & lack of a common purpose (Islamic domination for all).

The only sane option is not to play, instead go ER & attempt a high score.
Hell, if it happens enough in the same area it will drive property values down & allow some more players to get in the game.

This & this also. Plus you need available credit to buy future houses, need tenants asap, continually no doubt then you need enough money to cover mortgage & interest so you won't see any rental money for 25 years. Think of it as an investment maturity if you go for full mortgage. For interest only a quick unreliable cash generator only.
 
I live with my mom so I plan to save my money from wagecucking to do this asap. Resisting buying sex toys, drugs and snacks is hard though
 
You want to rent decent property to middle class or reasonably affluent people. Renting to poor people is a shit idea and nowhere near worth the grief and hassle. Poor people tend to be cunts and will not pay rent, destroy the property or just generally cause endless problems and drama.
