They have a calming effect. Whether it's placebo or not idk but they do temper you and remove a lot of tension and an otherwise naturally tumultuous emotional state imo.

Fuck Jewpills. Took some for two weeks at one point and had the worst experiences ever including first ever suicidal thoughts. Made my dick nonfunctional, eyes like saucers 24/7, nightmares, insomnia, generally cracked out feeling, etc. Fuck them. I'm not being a petri dish for Jewiatry to 'see what works' all the while dragging me through the dirt on the way. At best I'd settle for something that doesn't fuck me up unbearably but hen I'd be coping on top of cope
