It all depends on how much muscle and physical strength the gymcel has. A gymcel may beat Jeremy Meeks but the probability of that happening is low.
I have seen many Muay thai fights where tall Chads get knocked out by short and datk skinned SEAcels so gymcel can win if trained hard enough

Depends on the fighting skills. Strength is a bonus to whatever skills you already have. If you have none (and unless you got into fistfights regularly, you probably have none), your strength won't help you much.
And Meeks is probably at least competent at fighting given that he's a gangbanger and a convict, and he's far less likely to be intimidated by muscles than someone with a more sheltered life.
Gymcels should really resist delusions of competence they tend to have. If you want to get good at fighting, practice fighting (against actual opponents).
