It depends on if they're legitimately getting noodlefoids left and right just based off their whiteness and presumably an acceptable physical attractiveness, but there's also the case of literal subhumans taking whatever LTB, green card-stealing noodlefoids they can hope to procure and inevitably being thrown away for at least a MTN or above later on...

Probably cases of some who never even got the chance to ascend; but I doubt the effects of white Chads on mainly major cities in the region are equal to the desperate sub 5 truecel.
