Nah, eye area is far more important. Bad example tbh since that guy is not goodlooking. Also, a simple lefort would fix your jawline but surgery can’t really fix your eye area.

You’ll basically have your whole maxilla reconstructed which could lead to some big side effects...You might just end up looking comical and worse which means you’ll suffer more and make your life hell which is IMO far worse than death. You’d become the next prophet of Incels.

You should also take browridge implants into consideration, it might help improve your eye area.

I still have no clue how box osteotomies increase IPD without removing the eye from their socket.
Browridge could still develope at my age with surgery so I’ll wait a year to see what happens and if it’s still not prominent then sure I’ll get the implants.
I really am zealous to fix the eye area as I have green eyes which are so rare and I don’t want that to go to waste.
I also heard that palate expansion can increase IPD. Seen as my eyes are only mildly close set, do you think a palate extension could the issue with IPD on its own?

How is the palate related to the eye area in any way? Narrow palate is caused by shitty narrow skull, and the palate is a part of the lower third while the eye area is a part of the maxilla. I might be wrong but I can’t see how it would work out.
