With that said, 20% of literally what determines your success as a human being is still important enough that it's worth having a good lower third - especially since everyone can get one.
Also keep in mind if one feature is significantly bad, surgery might be even more beneficial. If you've got a severely recessed chin, improving that will make a whole lot of difference.
