Yes, from my understanding, that will happen around 2050 or so when the high birthright countries ( which is basically sub-Sahara Africa) start to see lower birth rates.

But considering we are already seeing the effects of climate change, and the poorest parts of the world with the most population will see the worst effects of it, it might happen sooner and it will be incredibly sad and brutal.
