IIRC, there is also a law in Japan where all cell phones have shutter sounds that couldn’t be turned off.

Yea i know, but i don't think Japanese foids would care that much like western foids would if they were being creepshotted. Japanese foids are more weak physically and mentally compared to western foids, so they couldn't really do anything anyway if they heard the keitai photo sound effect.
