Personally think that "cushy scandinavian prisons" is an absolutely retarded meme. And the idea of getting into the jail itself is too... a retarded one. How about you try reading up what Breivik himself says about the prison and how much he's enjoying himself. Prisons over there are more psychological rather than physical.

There is Romania, Albania, Poland, Estonia, Bulgaria, Lithuania etc. They're low on the list. Not sure what you're talking about.
