according to me the majority of the people jailed or that have or had problems with police are under 5..often the criminals of the lower classes and that are so naive to be caught by the police have a very bad look while criminals of the upper classes often are organized and they are a more acceptable look and seldom they are caught..in this theme the correlation between aesthetic, social position and acceptance is very evident and i do not know how many incel note this fact

Not really, I believe the Gauss graph applies to all human groups, regardless of whether they are good looking or bad looking. Just tends to be ugly looking people get treated worse by others, and therefore commit less well thought and more reckless crimes then those who look good, as the latter are most of the times not desperate, but rather bored, searching for a thrill from the killing/stealing.
