While I no longer go outside, (Disability benefits have kept me well-sustained thus far.), I have also chosen to filter my my day-to-day online experience in a way that minimally limits female presence. Examples include:

When watching video game let's plays and/or walkthroughs, I immediately click away the moment I hear a female voice. Even if I typically enjoy a (Male.), Youtuber's content, I refuse to engage with any videos where he collaborates with a foid.

I actively avoid TikTok, Instagram, Youtube shorts, or any other platforms where hot, young foids tend to upload pictures/videos of themselves.

Other than a few acceptions (Mainly for research and/or mockery purposes.), I refuse to waste even a single braincell reading any form of text written by a foid.

The only online communities I bother to participate in anymore are the ones where just men are allowed.

There is ZERO point acknowledging the existence of foids when you know that none of them will engage in sexual relations with you. To do is to psychologically torture and cuck yourself.
