If that failed any they can't get anything in the private sector, they could easily find a job working for the government.

Probably because 1. Humans aren't strictly rational and logical agents and this inevitably plays a role in hiring and 2. It's seen as good and virtuous to have a lot of female employees because of the progressive society we live in

20 $ per hour? Seriously? that would be 17,80 Euro per hour. Most of the people (specially men in physical jobs) do not get that much money, I am not even kidding. I would get 11,18 $ per hour. This is ridiculous.
